In another move to weaken the American economy, Joe Biden follows through with his promise to keep America poor by not allowing companies to drill or frack on government land.

FJB and His America Last Policies on Gasoline

President Joe Biden’s energy strategy is a horrible disaster for the United States. Biden’s is waging a war against domestic fossil fuels, ultimately putting America last. There are several consequences of Biden’s approach, including record-high gas and home heating prices, increased wealth for oil companies and countries like Saudi Arabia, ongoing high global fossil fuel demand, and reduced domestic energy production, jeopardizing America’s status as an energy superpower.

If the United States had maintained the energy policies of the Trump administration rather than imposing constraints on the oil and gas industry, it could have produced an additional 1.2 billion to 3.5 billion barrels of oil since Biden took office. This additional production could have countered the effects of OPEC production cuts and rising oil prices.

A chart comparing pre-pandemic and pre-Biden oil production projections with the actual drilling under Biden illustrates the gap between expectations and reality. The loss in oil production value due to the administration’s energy policies is estimated to range from $104 billion to $396 billion so far.

The article highlights the national security implications of this reduced oil and gas production, emphasizing the geopolitical importance of energy production. It also mentions that despite rising oil prices, Biden has canceled drilling on millions of acres of valuable oil and gas lands in Alaska, removed rich oil resources from the Gulf of Mexico, and halted oil and gas pipelines.

Furthermore, the Biden administration is pushing for new emissions standards that could effectively ban the sale of new gasoline-powered cars and proposing new taxes on the oil and gas industry. At the same time, the government is allocating over $300 billion in tax funds to the green energy sector.

While Biden touts increased oil production in the U.S., we need to question his commitment to this sector, pointing out that the current daily production of 12.7 million barrels is still below the 13 million barrels per day achieved in 2019 when oil prices were significantly lower.

The administration is sending sending mixed messages, claiming to support oil production while pursuing a path to “net zero” emissions, which implies a complete cessation of oil and gas drilling. And who pays the ultimate price? Average Americans who need that gas to take their kids to school and get to work.

The Biden Administration is a joke and needs to be removed from power before the damage caused is irreversible.
